When making calamari I love the tentacles! I’ve got em! Couldn’t beat that price!!
Delicious and has a lot of baby octopus in it.
I simmered it in a sweet and savory sauce. The cooking time is tricky, but simmering it headfirst helped the legs open up nicely! With proper preparation, there was no unpleasant smell, and it was delicious.
Only frozen item ordered that remained frozen upon delivery
The portion is quite large; I plan to have it as a BBQ.
It is very tender and fresh.
