They start out as pictured….green plantains? but once cut & fried, they’re a crunchy, delicious side dish to any meal. You can salt them & they’re ready to go or yo can top them with mojito or mayo-ketchup a a mix that resembles French salad dressing…alone or topped…just delightfully delicious!
