Judging by the fact that the heads and roots of the bean sprouts are somewhat detached, they don't look very fresh. I can't see the expiration date either.
Pre cleaned and trimmed. Fresh!

This bag of Nature's Wonder Premium Soybean Sprouts is 12 ounces (about 340 grams). The ingredient list shows it's grown using non-GMO soybeans, with no added additives or preservatives—all-natural and healthy! The packaging clearly states "Triple Washed," but being a bit of a perfectionist, I still removed the roots and washed them myself. The sprouts are very fresh! After blanching them, I stir-fried them with my child's favorite squid.
It's so convenient, I really love it!
