I grilled it with leftover vegetables and it was fresh. It was a bit tough, but since it was my first time buying it, I plan to tenderize it beforehand next time.

Partially thaw → rinse with water → rub with salt → rinse with water → parboil in boiling water with sake → add to motsunabe! Just as everyone's reviews said, there was absolutely no unpleasant smell, and it tasted just like restaurant quality! The price is also reasonable, so I'd like to buy it again!
