Grilled, it's very fatty.
Good as expected
The portion seemed a bit smaller than it looked on the screen, and there was a lot of fat leaking out. Still, I cooked and ate the grilled intestines, and they were delicious.
I bought this because it said it had no smell and was pre-cleaned.
It is clean, quite plump, and nutty and delicious.
