These are very very hard if not impossible to find in my state so I was happy to find them on here. I hope it remains an available item because I will definitely buy more. These are a necessity for Mexican cooking. They are small and hot. Not super hot, but hot.

This is my son's favorite chili oil. He puts it on everything from his scrambled eggs to a bowl of ramen. Lots of flavor and heat. Came securely wrapped in bubble wrap so it didn't break during delivery.
It tastes good if you add it at the end when making fried rice or top it with dumplings.

I used these dried guajillo chiles for my tamal red sauce and for my red pozole. The dried chiles are always fresh and delicious. I made chicken tamales, beef tamales, and pork pozole. These chiles give my red sauce a deep smokey flavor.
