It has many bones, the meat is dark in color, and it has a strong odor when you open the bag; the quality is vastly different from before.
My favorite goat meat brand, but the two bags I bought recently were of very poor quality. There wasn't a single decent piece of meat, too many bones, and the color wasn't fresh enough.
