- Pão de queijo is a good gluten-free snack or breakfast since it's made from cassava flour (some recipes use tapioca). I really like these and 32 oz is the largest size I've seen! I usually bake mine at 400 F for over 20 minutes so I can get them a little well done (just be careful to grease your pan well or to use parchment paper underneath).

- Bought a piece of hard bread for breakfast, a lot of fiber
- It tastes more like a wheat-flavored biscuit, with a "crunchy" texture. In fact, it feels a bit like ordinary toast has been dried. Like it or not is really up to personal taste. For me, the fly in the ointment is the expiry date, which is about the same length as ordinary toast (it is still valid for 11-12 days after receiving it today), but here I need to order at least 2 pieces, and eating 28 pieces within two weeks is a bit terrible ? not afraid Insufficient fiber intake ?
