It's a mini pumpkin, but the taste is definitely not mini! I ate it steamed and also made it into a pancake, and it was sweet, soft, and delicious :)
Last month I bought a pack of three, but this time I only got two mini pumpkins.
I only buy it once when it's on sale, it's just over a pound. Compared to that pumpkin, the Japanese pumpkin doesn't taste that different.
I was so angry I laughed when I saw the pumpkin.
Baby squash is easy to cut. Golden broth with fish maw and chicken soup, hahaha.
