The taro was very good; the braised beef with taro was quite delicious.

There's a lot in the pack, so you can make a variety of dishes. It seems less sticky than the Japanese version. I put this in pork miso soup. Alternatively, you can microwave it, cut it into bite-sized pieces, coat it with potato starch, fry it in a fryer until browned (or in a frying pan), and then serve it with a sweet and savory sauce.
The taro was very fresh, large, and glutinous. I hope to always have taro like this.
