One large jicama, one delicious, one not fresh
It's been a long time since I bought this bulb.
I bought jicama from Weee for convenience, but several times I found it wasn't very fresh. Some looked fine, but some parts tasted wrong; instead of being sweet, they tasted like wood.
If you buy fresh produce, the price will be higher.
This guy got ready-made food.
Not as fresh as expected.

The mushrooms are fresh and well-packaged; I've bought them multiple times.
Bring water to a boil, add 3 grams of salt and 5 grams of cooking oil, add the greens and stir-fry for 1 minute, then remove and set aside. Blanch the shiitake mushrooms in the water for another 2 minutes, then remove. Sauté minced garlic in the remaining oil until fragrant, then pour in the sauce (2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of potato starch, 4 tablespoons of water, stir well) and stir-fry over low heat. Serve on a plate.

The fibers I bought last time were very coarse, but this time they won't be.
