Delicious octopus I did rinse it to get rid of the somewhat fishey smells. I brined it with sake, salt, dashi stock, and baking soda to tenderize and moisturize. This one is worth buying when it's on sale next time.
It has a texture similar to octopus. I use it as a substitute for takoyaki (octopus balls).
