Swai steaks are delicious, juicy, firm yet delicate. There is not much bones in this fish, only the spine bone and fin bones. We love the oiliness of this fish, it adds a lovely flavour to the fish. It can be fried, baked, air fried, steamed, curried, stew etc. I made a stew with this set; forget to take a pic.
