I used air-fryer it was so good!
A Family favorite and I’ve purchased this item numerous times. Very convenient, just defrost overnight and pop in the oven and follow cooking instyin the package. It’s tasty, not too salty.
I cooked this in my air fryer , the leftovers I made it into lechong paksiw .
So convenient because this has already been seasoned and parboiled. Just gotta throw it in the air fryer. Got in on sale too!
This is not my first time to order this. It’s so convenient to have this in my freezer whenever cravings hit me. I also love the versatility of this since it’s already cooked, you can just either fry or air fry it.

I boiled it with water for more than 10 minutes. There was a layer of oil floating on the water and the meat was a bit loose. I probably won’t buy it again.
