This is my first time buying fish, so I don't know if it will be good. Hopefully, it won't be disappointing when I cook it.

Adding a little white vinegar when braising the fish will make the meat more tender. The only downside is that the fish fillets are a bit thick; you can cut them thinner when slicing them.
