Having two types makes the dish more colorful, and the mushrooms have a stronger flavor. I'm grateful to be able to buy them at this price. However, I feel like mushrooms spoil quickly if not kept refrigerated, and they arrive in a regular box, so I'm a little worried about them during hot weather.
