This is a repeat purchase of frozen beef tendon; the quality is excellent.
I used it for braising. Don't buy the seaweed as it was full of sand, but the beef tendon was delicious! I'll definitely buy it again! Pressure cooking takes 45-1 hour to make it very tender.
