I just steam or boil them and eat it with spicy sour red pepper sauce or stir fry it with veggies in a spicy gochoochang sauce and serve with rice. I alternate between buying squid bodies and this. Personally, I think squid is better for stir-frying, but I think this would be good for those who like a chewy texture. Rather than being amazing, it feels like large boiled squid or octopus legs, so I think it would be better to put it in dishes like Jjamppong. It feels a bit lacking for stir-frying.
