The fish is fresh and doesn't have many bones. It's delicious whether pan-fried or used in soup, but it is oily.
The fish is delicious, has few bones, little fat, and if cooked properly, it won't have a fishy smell.
Warning! This is extremely oily, containing 16 grams of fat per 112 grams, including 7 grams of saturated fat! It's not real basa fish at all!
