Each pack contains 8, and one is the perfect size for each use.
I've been buying it here lately because it's always on sale. I use it in various dishes every day, so I repurchase it almost every time. Today I used it in a sauce for roast beef.
There were lots of small items inside! They look easy to use. Since the quality can vary, I always check to make sure nothing is spoiled as soon as it arrives.
