It took me about 10 minutes to get it out of the wrapper, at least I know it had no chance of breaking when being delivered to me. I'll definitely purchase again! I alternate between buying squid bodies and this. Personally, I think squid is better for stir-frying, but I think this would be good for those who like a chewy texture. Rather than being amazing, it feels like large boiled squid or octopus legs, so I think it would be better to put it in dishes like Jjamppong. It feels a bit lacking for stir-frying.
The reviews say this looks good. I bought it to add a little to seafood noodles or something.
