This is my first time buying Roma tomatoes. They look very fresh. I usually cut them open, sprinkle them with a little salt and Italian herbs, drizzle them with a little olive oil, and bake them in a small oven for about 15 minutes at around 180 degrees Celsius. I buy a bottle when it's on sale, then have it ground into small pieces, sealed with oil, and it's the same as the ones sold in stores. Grinding it myself makes it fresher.
