Nothing fancy! this was yesterday's lunch. I heated up some olive oil and made some potatoes, tofu, and onions. I added some honey and hot sauce. It's one of the best things I've ever put together! I definitely love these red potatoes, and I will continue to buy them. It's my 3rd time buying them from Weee!

At first I was shocked to see mold growing on the leaves, but when I peeled them off they were clean. I grew up in Japan so I wasn't impressed, but they were just as delicious as usual.

fruit can often be a hit or miss, but I struck lucky in early/mid July with these mangos because so far every single one has been good. I did cut into one probably a tad too early the day after I got them but they were pretty good 3ish days after getting them and they are at peak ripeness now on the 4th/5th ish days and they are amazing.
