The duck this time wasn't good; it was all mushy.

Convenient preparation
I alternate between buying squid bodies and this. Personally, I think squid is better for stir-frying, but I think this would be good for those who like a chewy texture. Rather than being amazing, it feels like large boiled squid or octopus legs, so I think it would be better to put it in dishes like Jjamppong. It feels a bit lacking for stir-frying.
The key to reducing the sauce is controlling the heat; it will taste delicious.
