The taste is alright; the stir-fried chili peppers go well with rice.

What a strong fishy smell! After thawing, I peeled off the brown outer membrane, cut it into pieces, marinated it for 10 minutes, and then put it in the air fryer to bake. My goodness, the whole house smelled fishy. I used air freshener spray and incense, but I could still smell that fishy smell the next day, no exaggeration.

It's hard to find in-store but I am glad I found it here
