This magic of the size shrinking after removing the outer leaves!!! Hahaha I mixed cabbage and shio konbu together and enjoyed a crispy meal. Then I added some beef brisket I found in the corner of the freezer and stir-fried it in a flash. I'm going for a cabbage diet!!!
