I’ve purchased colored bells peppers multiple times. I’m always pleased with the quality of this produce. Here it’s used in a vegetarian chow mein. Bell peppers add a lovely flavour, texture and color to any meal. My family especially love it in salads, fried rices, noodles, or sauteed with onions, garlic, salted fish, tomatoes and herbs ( this can be served with rice, root vegetables, etc.).
