1. Upon completing orders for groceries, alcohol, or ground-shipping pantry products on GustoBonus, you can initiate a “GustoBonus sharing” on the order confirmation page to share items you ordered with friends.
Each Membership Tier under the GustoBonus Loyalty Program may share orders through the GustoBonus Program as follows:
· Bronze Membership Tier can share: 2 orders every day
· Silver Membership Tier can share: 2 orders every day，
· Gold Membership Tier can share: 3 orders every day, with a GustoPoints collecting window extended to 48 hrs.
2. If you don't immediately share an order, multiple orders (placed within a 7-day interval) will be combined into a set totaling $200 for sharing, and each set can be shared individually. You can find the orders to share by visiting the 'GustoBonus' list on your account page.
3 . Each order set can only be shared once within 7 days of the order placement; after 7 days, the order set is no longer shareable through GustoBonus.
4 . Up to 500 items can be shared within each order set.
5. After successfully initiating a share, friends can claim 'Buy Together' coupons by clicking the shared link. Coupon values are random and applicable to purchases of items shared by the inviter. The discount coupons claimed by friends are valid for 1 hour and can only be claimed once per friend within the same shared link.
6 . Upon successful share initiation, the inviter can earn GustoPoints rebates within 24 or 48 hours in two ways:
· If a friend claims the 'Buy Together' discount via the link, the inviter earns GustoPoints rebates, with a maximum rebate capped at 10% of the maximum eligible rebate amount.
· If a friend claims the discount and buys the items shared by the inviter, the inviter also earns GustoPoints rebates. Each product's rebate is calculated separately, with a maximum rebate capped at 90% of the product's unit price.
7. The maximum eligible rebate amount is the total sales price of the shared items.
8. Even after you've reached the maximum point limit or after the 24-hour GustoPoints collection window expires, your friends can still claim 'Buy Together' discounts via your link.
9 . After the GustoPoints collection window ends but either the inviter's or the friends’ orders are delivered, the status of the GustoPoints collected by the inviter remains 'pending confirmation' and cannot be activated.
10 . If the inviter modifies the quantities of items in the shared order after sharing, or adjusts the tips or fees paid for the shared order, all corresponding GustoPoints rebates for the shared orders will be revoked. In the meantime, the sharing link will be canceled, and the modified order cannot be shared again.
11. If the friend buyer modifies the quantities of items in, or adjusts the tips or fees paid for the order placed using “Buy Together” discount shared by the inviter, all corresponding GustoPoints rebates earned by the inviter for this friend’s order will be revoked.
12. The GustoPoints rebates can be used to pay for orders in the next purchase, where every 100 GustoPoints are equivalent to $1 USD.
13.GustoBonus reserves the right to provide the final interpretations of these rules within the scope permitted by law.
