Honey Garlic Chicken Wing Drumettes

Ingredients:

10 chicken wing drumettes

2 tbsp honey

3 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp ketchup

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp oil

Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the chicken drumettes and pan-fry until golden brown on all sides.

In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, black pepper, and salt.

Pour the sauce over the drumettes, stir well, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
