Filipinos remember Bibingka as a kakanin or rice-based sweets we love during Christmas time. They’re usually sold by manongs outside the church during Simbang Gabi. It’s savory and slightly sweet, traditionally cooked on uling (coal) and lined with banana leaves.

Includes cheddar cheese and kesong puti toppings.

Oven toaster: Thaw frozen bibingka in chiller and toast for 5 minutes.

Steam: for 3 minutes.

The Philippines' Best Rice Cake Since 1938

Ferino’s Bibingka started in 1938 in Tondo, Manila by Ceferino and Cristina Francisco. They started cooking bibingka with three clay stoves on a 1-meter bench and two small tables during the Christmas season. After the war, Mang Ferino further improved the quality of the bibingka and they started offering it all year round making it famous all over the Philippines.
