Beef Short Ribs With Potato Stew

1. Add beef short ribs with sliced ginger in cold water to boiling

2. Take ribs out and rinse with warm water

3. Cut washed carrots, green peppers, and potatoes into pieces

4. Put oil in a pan and stir-fry sliced gingers, star anises, and green onions over low heat

5. Add beef short ribs in and stir-fry with cooking wine and soy sauce until golden-brown

6. Pour some warm water to immerse all ingredients

7. Stew for 40-60 minutes with potatoes, green peppers, and carrots together
