Tilapia is loved around the world for its clean, mild, lightly sweet flavor and tender, white flaky meat. It has few small bones and takes well to seasoning, so it is a good fit for pan-frying, deep-frying, steaming, baking or braising in the cuisine of your choice. The only ingredient is tilapia, with nothing added.

Storage: keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C) or below. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, rinse, and pat completely dry before cooking. Do not refreeze after thawing. Cook until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
