It can take as long as up to 10 years for a lychee tree to come into full production. A successful harvest depends on the climate, soil conditions, a lot of hard work, expertise, and the grower's luck.

Harvesting season for Lychee is right now! A sea of Lychee is a usual sight all over Southeast Asia. They are only available for a few weeks every year.

The Nuomi variety embodies every desirable characteristic in a lychee: superb flavor, large size, small seed and nice coloration. When fully ripe, the Nuomi is larger and juicier, not overly sweet, slightly tart, retaining a longer youthful flavor.
