PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Mildly seasoned, roasted duck halves, partially boned (backbone, rib cage, keel, and lower portion of the wing are all removed). 12 / 10 oz. vacuum packages - fully cooked, frozen for retail.

INGREDIENTS: Duck, water, sodium lactate, salt, sodium phosphates, maltodextrin, modified food starch, cellulose gum, natural flavorings, oil of garlic. ALLERGENS: Contains none of the following: egg, wheat, soy, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, fish, or sesame

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Conventional Oven:

1. If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 375℉.
3. Remove from bag and place in shallow baking pan.
4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Grill:

1. If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.
2. Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on rack and heat for 10 minutes.
3. Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
