The pig's feet are cleaned very well and cut into small pieces by machine, which makes them great in stews and braises.
I rarely post reviews, but this pig's trotter is very fat and very small, different from the ones I bought before. I'd better go to the Chinese Supermarket to buy it.
Very fresh and the color freezes well
First of all. The meat doesn't look like the picture. It didn't have any skin or anything just meat. 2nd, it smells funky. I almost threw up!!!!!!! I still tried to cook it but while it's boiling, the smell keeps getting worse. This is so gross!!

I bought 2 packs of pig's feet and cooked a big pot of soybean pig's feet. It was delicious. I repurchased it many times.
1 pack contains 8 pieces. Very delicious. Wee packaged carefully. Left outside for more than 6 hours but did not defrost.
