They arrived still frozen, very fresh, and mostly clean. A few had a hard yellow skin that needed to be scraped off. Great for making pickled chicken giblets.
I decided to make fried chicken gizzards, a lot came in 1 bag & they were delicious!
Good idea to buy two bags at once, and prepare to make the fermented brine and spicy brine in two batches.

It's already been made into grilled beef tongue. It's much cheaper to process it yourself than to slice it!

Beef tongue is delicious. You have to buy it whole and prepare it yourself, but it's convenient for cutting. I braised it in an instant pot and it was very tender.
