These days, when I order vegetables, they are so often not even packed in a bag and just tucked under at the very bottom of the box. ㅠㅠ I do wash them before eating, but it’s really upsetting when they arrive bruised and mushy. ㅠㅠ They have a slightly bitter taste, so they are good when blanched.
