I love tendons. I like it a bit more chewy, so I only cooked it in the Instant Pot for 25 minutes. Bought it many times without any problems

The beef tendon is of excellent quality. After thawing, it's clean with few impurities, almost no excess fat or bits of meat. It's perfect for braising, stewing, or hot pot. After blanching in cold water, simmer for an hour and a half until tender, chewy, and full of collagen – incredibly satisfying to gnaw on. It's conveniently cut into chunks and portioned for easy cooking. It absorbs the braising liquid perfectly, making it incredibly flavorful, and the broth is also delicious with rice. My family especially loves braised beef tendon, especially the chewy, tendon-like texture! This particular tendon is thick and firm, without any unpleasant taste. The freezing process helps retain freshness, so buying enough at once for later enjoyment is a reliable and consistent choice. I'll definitely choose Weee again for future purchases!
