After blanching in cold water, simmer for an hour and a half until tender, chewy, and full of collagen – incredibly satisfying to gnaw on. It's conveniently cut into chunks and portioned for easy cooking. It absorbs the braising liquid perfectly, making it incredibly flavorful, and the broth is also delicious with rice. My family especially loves braised beef tendon, especially the chewy, tendon-like texture! This particular tendon is thick and firm, without any unpleasant taste. The freezing process helps retain freshness, so buying enough at once for later enjoyment is a reliable and consistent choice. I'll definitely choose Weee again for future purchases!
