It's the original flavor with no added sugar, and it tastes a little sour. The four small, individually wrapped packets are like the fruit ice cubes we used to eat as kids. My kids love frozen passion fruit, but fresh ones aren't available right now, so this is a pretty good alternative.

The cassava arrived properly frozen. After cooking it, it was excellent, cooked really well, and we enjoyed it at a barbecue.
